Claim
Denied my claim, when I was not at fault, truck burnt to the ground, fire blew out every window Pretty much just a big *** you n *** insurance company do not recommend what so ever.

I need to call back in March because my debit card expired and I didn't realize it. I figured it out before I made the call and I was advised by the local agent to call Trexis to see if my monthly rate would stay the same.
I gave the agent my correct card number and he told me to talk to Trexis to prevent my rate from going up in price. I will be making another payment soon and there haven't been any claims on the policy # 11-41-01****681.

My daughter's car was hit by a tree branch. No one asked for pictures; they had her remove the branch/tree on her own.
They said she has to wait until next week for an appraiser to come out and inspect the vehicle. Nick Seawright showed no empathy towards the situation and simply stated that since only 24 hours had passed, they could not say or offer anything to help us out. Her rear windshield is shattered, and it's expected to snow 3-5 inches next week.
I asked to speak to a manager he said I would not be able to, i said yes I should be able to speak to a manager, he said not right now but they can call you back. I am expecting a call back but highly doubt it will happen.
Preferred solution: Apology

Sucky case manager
They can care less. They are all so full of *** I don’t even know how this insurance is in business!

Cancellation
I tried to reach my agent multiple times (9) over a 3-week span with no answer and no returned call. My insurance went up without notice or explanation. Now that I've cancelled they are supposed to refund my last bill, especially since I tried to cancel for 3 weeks prior, and I still have not received my refund...

Canceled policy
I am very disappointed it was canceled 12/172024 thru my agent...should be refunded and a payment was taken today also..i am very upset ...its hard enough due my car being total and my credit union said they haven't received check of payment the accident happened in November..
