To talk about my car insurance
- - Pleased with my car insurance plan.
- - Staff were helpful about payments after reinstatement.
- - I get paid on the third; I will keep the policy.

Couldn't hear anybody talking, said hello for almost a minute. Found it very time-consuming that I had to get into my email to get a special code for it to accept the call.
I don't have time for all that I want a number I can call and somebody actually answer. give a customer maybe three or four options that's it don't keep adding and expect them to remember and go to the right place.

Car accident claim
Ive called several times to try and get ahold of Jonahs Johnson regarding my claim. Claim # 884083 She never answers and never returns my call! Im getting extremely frustrated.

I don't feel like they helped me because I have three broken bones in my right arm and three broken ribs the person in the wrick hit us and we were setting still at the red light we were in a 2012 Mazda and he was in a 2024 Ford 350 truck and he said my little car pushed his truck and turned it around that is not true the police never talked to us they are saying it's my husband falt

Im trying to get in touch with someone befpre i get a lawyer i was in car with my husband and was struck really hard i already substand major injuries from another accident now my injuries are worse due to impact my injuries are worser due to that i was so much in pain i couldnt get to my surgion appointment on time now i gotta wait 3 more weeks i was able to walk a little now i can barely move without being in severe pain

I would like for my payment to go back to what it was. First of all, they did not get my car fixed due to me having a wreck, talking about my policy was in lapse and cancelled.
If my policy was cancelled or in lapse, why did it give me an option to pay my insurance? Trexis has no loyalty to their customers. Then they went up on my insurance because I changed my address and dropped the vehicle I wrecked and added my new vehicle with the same coverage as the vehicle I dropped.
So, I'm paying at the office to drop a vehicle, and Trexis is charging me. This is not right, and I need to talk to someone immediately.

Gotbin a wreck with one of ur policy holders on 1 14 and still am waiting on hearing back about getting a rental. My car is totaled and I can't get a call back for notbing
Preferred solution: My rebtal.car and money for my damaged car I'm also went to hospital and now seeing a chiropractor for injuries to my neck shoulder an knee

The website always rejected my card
I have to call in the payment. When the website should and use to take my card payment.
The last time this happen I had a late fee and the lady going to say well next time pay it before the date .. and I said I did but it wouldn't go through

My lawyer is dealing with that because I can't get anywhere with them. One of their policy holders hit me.
