Trexis Insurance

First off I got rear-ended June 2023 3 weeks after buying my new car. the man driving the vehicle didnt have a license only had a passport and the insurance that the car was covered under was two policies neither in his name.

I understand this can happen. Everyone needs a car especially if you live in the south, however trying to get a hold of trexis was impossible. They claim they didnt have anyone by that policy name or the correct digits for a policy number. It took to my insurance company saying this man did not have insurance, and if he did, they were not claiming him it wasnt until my agent got a hold of one of them to where they said that they would finally help me.

Little did I know this was The beginning of the chaos. This was my first accident and I really didnt know what to expect, but I went to Not one not two Not, five different car shops in my local area. I told him that the insurance would be covering is Trexis, The first two looked at me like I had just made up the company. Then the next two told me that they do not work with them because of issues theyve had in the past with payment.

Now my car is undrivable because I need to get it in a shop, finally I find one that will take me. I call the insurance agent by the way who is impossible to get a hold of unless you get their managers numbers I had to call an entirely separate company that is somehow affiliated with them that got me the managers number they said theyd cover my rental car , the car shop that I turned my car into said that they had to give it to another shop because they wouldnt be able to get it done in time. So I am having to call them three days with no answer finally get my rental car after about three months of my car being in repair , I finally get it back in the rental car. Nothing a problem even though the fact that enterprise was calling me because they couldnt get a hold of the insurance agent.

Ive gotten a bill in the mail from enterprise saying that the insurance company didnt cover the second half of the repair so now I have to pay $150 because they cant do the job if you get the insurance agent, Kayli just know that you are never going to get your car done in a timely manner and you can call her manager, but she still going to cover for Kayli even after you send her the phone logs and the amount of times youve had to call.

If you ever get into a car accident, just hope God loves you enough to make sure its not a trexis car. Not professional at all never answers phone calls or you have to call 4 different numbers associated with them just to get a real person not a robot, they will gaslight you and the car repair shop and truthfully, I dont even know how it is to be a policyholder with them, but if this is how they treat the people who get the accidents because of the fault of their policyholders I can only imagine it is awful.

This company I have had insurance with for over a year I have SR 22 my policy lapsed and I renewed it. I got a letter in the mail from the department Of Homeland security Nashville saying that my insurance had lapsed and I needed to have it before a certain day I got it before that certain day I made sure to tell the customer service representative over the phone that they needed to notify The department Of Homeland security Nashville that I had Insurance they failed to do so and now my license is suspended. So now I have to renew my license after showing proof of SR 22, which I already have because I paid the *** bill with them so now Im out even more money because this incompetent company cant do their job, I will be dropping them and I will be moving over to a much more competent company.

Well, I have purchased my vehicle and over and try to get it insured with State Farm because thats the insurance company Ive been dealing with lately been with them for over five years now and they would not accept the vehicle so they referred me Trexis Insurance company first of all let me say that the policy is extremely high and the customer service is there, but moving forward at having my vehicle broken into and attempted to steal my vehicle, which was December 21 2023 now its December 27, 2023 and I still havent heard from my agent Tara I have emailed her and called her but I guess due to the holidays Ill just have to be inconvenienced and waiting. Furthermore, if your insurance company doesnt want to take you for whatever reason do your own research and find and read those reviews and find you a great company. Dont go through what Im going through, be blessed hope this review helps

No one answering phone calls, txt massages, e-mails. Tried to contact acted adjuster for 7 weeks, than 8 weeks tried to catch investigator, supervisor didnt answer either, but called back after multiple voice mails, just to let me know that they will contact me whatever they will get a chance, theres only one investigator for 2 states and I have to wait for his call any time soon.

If I missed hes call, my claim will be reset in the line and I will have to wait again. Found managers phone number, left voicemail but again - no answer.

Almost 4 month Im using rental vehicle and still waiting on the check for total loss. Do not use Trexis at any circumstances
