There cancelling my daughter's car insurance but I pay it for her out of my account

Claim #900271 accident Oct 22, 2025. My vehicle was rear-ended.

Trexis is the insurance of the person who caused it. My vehicle is repaired, but I have made numerous requests to file an additional claim for diminished value. I emailed a copy of the repair bill and a photo of my vehicle showing the repair. This has been going on since October 2025.

I leave messages, I email, and still no confirmation of receipt of emails nor the claim being processed. Why? Very poor customer service. Lack of transparency.

Unreturned calls.

Unreplied emails. Overall slow response.

Preferred solution: File a claim for Diminished Value of my Vehicle. Claim# 900271 & process it.

My brother took a policy thru Trexis. I paid for the policy for one year, ending 1/9/26.

The policy was cancelled by our insurance agent at Heritage on 1/9/26. The new insurance started same day.

Next day, Trexis took out payments for car and renters insurance on 1/10/26.

My insurance rep. assured me after speaking to Trexis, that I would see the refund within a couple days. Several days, and phone calls later, I spoke with a rep.

myself. She was not very professional, and was clearly not going to help me. Thats why I contacted you. STILL, the 2 debits to my account havent been returned to me.

Im am struggling with my bills! I need that money replaced. Can you help me with this? Thanks for your time.
