Absolutely terrible bro. This is bs coming from an insurance company.

Debt collection owed! At the very beginning of getting Trexis Insurance through a guy named Jeff, he set me and my husband up with the insurance and told us that if we set it up for auto pay, one, it would automatically be taken out of our account on the fourth of every month, and two, it would be about $15 cheaper every month.

The first month we paid, and he said it would automatically be taken out of our account the next time. When we noticed that it didn't come out of our account on the 4th, we called and asked Jeff why the payment had not gone through. He didn't give us a reason. He just said that we needed to wait another day and if it didn't go through, to call him.

We waited and waited, and then eventually about five days later it tried taking money, which was already gone to other bills. Now we have no car insurance once again, and we have to pay twice as much to get it back along with this debt I apparently have with it now.

Preferred solution: We deserve more than apology it was yalls mistake for not processing our payment on the day it was supposed to even given days after to do so. I will not be paying the debt. It needs to be cleared and addressed with the both of us.

You messed up and caused yourself the problem. Just because it wasn’t auto-payed didn’t absolve you of the bill.

I had a hard time with canceling my policy! It definitely felt like a scam!! I should have received a refund that would be prorated being it was only six days after canceling

Can’t make a payment.

I open the app to make a payment, and every time I put the expiration date in, it kicks me out. I called, and the lady told me to make a payment online.

How am I supposed to do that when I can't? It keeps kicking me out.

I got mad and hung up. It got me pretty aggravated.

Accident of a Hit n Run Driver

I was in a Hit and Run car accident June 6th. I called my insurance Trexis at 7:03pm I talked to someone for 21mins.

I was told I would hear something in a couple days from an Agent. Its been exactly a week, I called and my claim was never in the system I have the call log.

Im out of a job due to missing work. I cant rate this, someone that cant do there job.

Get an injury lawyer. Not only will they help you get the care you need, but they can help you deal with the repairs part. Theyre helping me with mine right now.

I need roadside Assistance

I never talked to anyone. The phone would say 7 pm central time and then hang up on me.

Claim my car still was not paid off after settling 2 years ago

Damaged car

At four something this morning, on my way to work, I swerved to miss a deer and went into a ditch. I drove out of the ditch; it was small. It was dark, so my car looked the same, but when I got to work and went on my break, I noticed small damage to the bottom of my car.

Increase in monthly payment

I need to call back in March because my debit card expired and I didn't realize it. I figured it out before I made the call and I was advised by the local agent to call Trexis to see if my monthly rate would stay the same.

I gave the agent my correct card number and he told me to talk to Trexis to prevent my rate from going up in price. I will be making another payment soon and there haven't been any claims on the policy # 11-41-01****681.
