Verified Reviewer |Like I said the first time, my dad insurance company still taking payments from a account that I have no idea about! Trexis insurance has not called me back nor contacted me!!
My dad passed Dec1 2024, why was a payment took out of his account twice that's not right!! I'm disappointed and disturbed how he been faithful for years to them and now they do this

my dad Percy Hardnett Jr. Passed away on Dec 2024 and it's March 2 they are taking money from his account that I clearly can't figure out why, no one has called me back so I can see why and what bank.

I've made arrangements with three or four different field agents ,left my truck unattended,unlocked ,listed address and time of the location the truck would be left in and no one has came to look at my truck in a month

Can't get ahold of my claim adjuster
This company is a total ripoff my car was stolen and all they tried to offer me is $3,000 for my car which it cost $6 900 it seem like they would have gave me what I paid for the car to pay off the car in a down payment on the another car but instead the adjuster tells me to find three cars like mine and they might consider to go up on what they offered me and then to top it off I pay for full coverage insurance and I had told them Insurance lady the reason why I wanted full coverage is to make sure something happened I could get a rental car or they claim it was not in my file which you was it should have been it's not my fault that they did not do it right I will never get insurance from them again and I recommend you don't but they are a total rip off I would not get this type of insurance

I have an issue someone crashed into my car which had been parked in my parking lot at my apartment and run away and I thought I should let you know. The driver side door, fender has been completely damaged and bumper also affected but its not hanging.

I never got a email back regarding my message or call back from your call center and the 24/7 number said sorry we closed after i hit the buttons where i need to go i just need a answer

Resolved: Your refusal to pay a claim
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. With the help of you all and the Better Business Bureau.
We had to file a claim with our insurance because they were not intending to pay. But now they said they would. We will have to wait and see.

Sorriest insurance co I have ever dealt with. They should not be in business.
Your client's daughter rear-ended my wife. You refuse to pay because she wasn't listed as a driver.
In KY, the law states the insurance stays with the car. So, you must pay the claim. The agent will not answer. We will sue and report you to the BBB.
My wife works out of town and needs a car.
It has put a lot of mental strain on us. We will seek compensation also.

They need to make ID cards available on the day of renewal, not one week later. Customer service hours/availability are limited and need to be extended.

As far as what the insurance company offered, it’s based on market value. You would need to be paying extra for replacement value to get the higher amount.
Also full coverage is the legally required liability insurance PLUS comprehensive, to cover damage to your car. Full coverage doesn’t include declarations like car rental or roadside assistance or towing unless they are listed at an added cost on your declaration page.
